Pessima! I poster sono arrivati tutti rovinati e il pacco era aperto. Ho chiesto per due volte un rimborso e ancora non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta!

È la seconda volta che acquisto stampe su Desenio e ogni volta rimango affascinata! La spedizione veloce è attenta. La volta scorsa ho avuto problemi con un vetro, arrivato incrinato, sostituito celermente. Grazie davvero e super consigliato

Awful experience-the prints arrived in a square  angled box and consequently took on the shape of the box and were creased and damaged in numerous places. Then no offer of compensation despite the time it took me to contact them takes pictures and send to confirm damage . A real pain!. Awaiting refund !!!

Love all of my prints!  All great quality.  Ended up doing multiple orders.  Had a couple issues that Desenio customer service handled immediately. Really appreciate this company.

The packages arrived late and had damage to the boxes. One of my frames had a scratch on the front and the edges had damage. It’s minor but definitely doesn’t warrant above a 3 star rating.

Brilliant experience. Such a huge choice of prints, easy to navigate. I wanted neutral colours and added words like “shells”, “nature” etc I found great prints for my office. The prints are decent, and look fantastic in the frames I purchased. All arrived well wrapped and packaged, and within a week. Smooth process, I will definitely purchase again.

I loved the canvas i ordered. I found it confusing however when i checked out. It said cart empty and i thought it wasn’t available. I tried again and ended up with two! I LOVE the canvas and will use it in another location. Will definitely order from them again!

hi the print i ordered looked different in real life- the background colour was white in real life but beige on your website (still is). I had to return it for this reason but posting it back to you cost me £9.90. Not only is this a ridiculous charge for a return, it also wasnt my fault I had to return it in the first place! What can you do about this?

Two stars for the fact I paid a delivery charge but have to go the post office to collect my order.  Evri delivered to the post office directly.  They did not attempt delivery to my home address.  I can’t comment on the quality of the poster until I collect it.  Not the best service for someone recovering from a serious leg injury.
