The Danish artist Sissan Richardt worked as an illustrator for many years before venturing out on her own and making a name for herself as an artist.

”My art is colourful and abstract; my illustrator background shows in my art. I love to tell a story with my handwriting and simple drawings.”

Her artwork is often the result of many weeks of research.

”The inspiration and research process is the biggest and most important part. I can spend weeks gathering inspiration and then create the painting in a day.”

Sissan Richardt è un'illustratrice e artista danese con sede ad Århus, in Danimarca. Ha studiato alla Designskolen Kolding e all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera di Milano. Dipinge utilizzando colori vivaci di inchiostro e vernice acrilica e crea anche opere d'arte digitali.
